About Freight 360

Freight 360 was born from a vision: to share knowledge about transportation with everyone, not just a select few. This sparked the creation of our podcast and inspired us to become a Freight Broker School.

We're all about teaching, informing, and providing resources to everyone in the transportation sector, from small businesses to large 3PL companies. We offer coaching and mentorship, helping people overcome their self-doubts and reach their full potential. Our ultimate goal? Nate Cross

Nate embarked on his journey in the logistics sector while serving in the United States military since 2005 and continues to fulfill his commitment as a logistics officer within the Army National Guard. In the year 2012, he became an integral part of Con-Way Freight, now known as XPO Logistics, in the capacity of a freight operations supervisor.

Nate made a strategic transition to third-party logistics, stepping into the role of a business development specialist at Logistic Dynamics, Inc. in 2014.With an aim to initiate an engaging and educational dialogue on freight brokering, he launched a podcast titled “The Midnight Freight Broker” in 2019. The following year, in 2020, he collaborated with a colleague, Ben, leading to the rebranding of their venture to “Freight 360.” His professional trajectory is primarily centered on aiding independent freight agents in expanding and fostering their portfolios within the sphere of a larger freight brokerage.

In 2020, Nate assumed a position at Pearce Worldwide Logistics, serving as the Vice President of Agent Development & Services. Being an die-hard fan of the Buffalo Bills, he has a keen interest in national sports, seamlessly integrating it into his content and the Freight 360 podcast.
