Nate Cross

Nate began his career in logistics while serving in the U.S. military, where he’s been active since 2005 and continues to serve as a logistics officer in the Army National Guard. In 2012, he joined Con-Way Freight (now XPO Logistics) as a freight operations supervisor, gaining hands-on experience in LTL operations.

In 2014, Nate transitioned into the third-party logistics world as a business development specialist with Logistic Dynamics, Inc. Wanting to create practical, no-nonsense conversations around freight brokering, he launched The Midnight Freight Broker podcast in 2019. In 2020, he teamed up with his partner Ben and rebranded the show as Freight 360, which now focuses on helping independent freight agents grow within larger brokerage environments.

That same year, Nate joined Pearce Worldwide Logistics, where he currently serves as Vice President of Agent Development & Services. Outside of logistics, he’s a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan and a big sports guy, often weaving sports talk into his content and the Freight 360 podcast.
